day #6 masking card 2

This is day #6 over at Beccy's Place for the Month of Holiday cards.
Beccy has challenge her followers to do some masking.
With this one I used a masking technique using masking tape torn up
placed into the sections above. I sponged using DI dried marigold
and mustard seed. Using another stamp from STAMPlorations
I randomly stamped onto the card. Using a script stamp 
I then went over the flowers using DI Fired brick.
Removing gently the masking tape as it can 
tear easily I then stamped my simple
sentiment also from

I love both of them Annie, but the one inspired by Doreen is wonderful. I am always inspired by Doreen's moonscapes but can never get mine anywhere near as good as hers :o)

I love the artsy look of this one Annie, it's fabulous! Great idea to use the masking tape to get the grid pattern, and I love that you tore the edges rather than cutting with a blade... the extra texture is wonderful. Love it!
