spotlilghting

Today I am sharing a technique with you called
some of you may have already used this from a post I did once before.

I am using an image by Aurora Wings called
"Veil of Petals"
coloured with copic markers and I do love to use reds, oranges, and pinks as
I have done so here.  Keeping my card simple and framed with a die
from Marianne Dies.

Challenge:
Stamps by  Aurora  facebook challenges.....fav colour combos
Aurora Wings....frame it

What a clever technique! Looks fabulous Annie. Saves a lot of colouring with a big image like this but still makes a stunner of a card. Debra x

Wow!! This is really stunning and striking!! Amazing interpretation of the spotlight technique!! This image is wonderful and I think that is difficult choosing a focal point to spotlight, but you have choosen two and they are both just perfect! :) Amazing colouring on them!! Great work of art!

I hadn't done this technique for years, until a couple of weeks ago. I was teaching a friend of mine, using a sample from a class I taught many years ago. Really enjoyed doing it again. Your card is very beautiful and love the image and colours. Stunning design. Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx
