Hibiscus and rain

Re-discovering my 'old', not used stamps has been
great as this one from Design by Ryn is beautiful
although no longer in it's packaging as I have
them mixed all together for some reason.

A good clean up of stored things I had in
hubby's shed has been rewarding.

I stamped the hibiscus several times with
memento ink, then re-stamped with my
Kaleidacolor ink pads, adding the
different layers of colours.
Pearl drops were added to the center of the flowers.

Water drops were stamped and papier glass finish were added.
After fussy cutting my flowers they were placed on my background
which was sprayed with dylusion sprays and a touch of shimmer mist.

Beautiful sunny day so off outside to finish my garden makeover..

Wonderful colourful card Annie! Fabulous 'find' of the hibiscus stamp. I love how you've used the Kaleidoscope ink pads, it looks like you've used markers and spent ages blending the colours together. Don't the raindrops look like real water droplets, I feel sure if you tilt the card they will run down it :D. Debra x
