Wow! What a fun, magical scene, Miss Annie! Your colorful, delightful scene reminds me of how I feel sometimes when I walk outside to view the sky - both at dusk (which is quite long here) and in the starry sky! Your layers accomplished with masking are fabulous - occasionally, after the sun has fully set, here in the countryside, we can see "layers" of "dark color" across the sky, from the reflection in distant cities, or even the moon. In the mornings, I enjoy watching ribbons (layers) of dew rising from the ground. Sometimes it is just all like a fog, but usually, it is layered, just like your masking, and each layer has different shades in it! I want to case this journal page! Thank you for explaining how you did it! xo
