Annie that is an adorable card for such a sad reason. It's good to have awareness of all the issues that are happening in this world...even on the other side from us.
A beautiful tribute to all the creatures lost to the fires Annie. The gum leaves and flowers are just lovely and coordinate nicely with the images. Love the card fold too.

What an amazing tribute to these poor animals. The first time I saw the images of the kangaroos trying to get off Kangaroo island my heart sank. When I saw the koalas that had been burned by the fires, I almost cried. This is a devastating loss. So many wonderful animals have been lost to these fires, and somehow it seems it could have been avoided.
At least Monte looks as happy as the animals on your adorable card.

A really beautiful and thoughtful card Annie, I hate to think about all those poor animals suffering it makes me too sad, but we do need to be aware of the repercussions of what is going on in our world.
At least the photos of Monte cheered me up, what a lovely smile he has :)

Beautiful card Annie, and for such a sad issue. There are lots of people in the UK, and more than likely other parts of the world doing their bit for the animals, like knitting/crocheting little pouches and blankets and donating money to the vets and animal centers who are trying to help the critter survive., It was ll just so awful.

It's been heartbreaking watching all the animals in AU suffering with the heat and fires, and your card is such a comforting tribute knowing many folks are helping these animals get back to health again. Beautiful papers which are a reminder that after the fire, things will grow again. Hugs to all of you, and Monte's smile is cute - even if he does have a big treat hanging out the side of his mouth LOL

Aww, a lovely card Chrissy. The number of animals that lost their lives is beyond comprehension...words fail me. An old schoolfriend of my eldest Son is part of the marsupial team at a wildlife park near us and is currently in Australia helping out. Love seeing your handome boy xx
A gorgeous card Annie. It is such a sad situation for all the animals and people affected. I work in a small primary school and our children have been learning about the fires in assembly. They then voted to have a fund raising day in aid of the animals affected in the fires. Let's hope all the donations will help.
