A very hot day yesterday so I  had a play
with a few goodies and decorated an
old but unused art journal that has
been screaming out to be used.

Measured, then cut the center out with a craft knife,
adding gesso, lots of texture paste, crackle paste,
Patina brass, blue and mint green paste.
Frames and pics are from the Dollar store.
Background paper was designed using
gesso resist base and fluid acrylic paint .
Using the score board to add the lines then
I filled it in with a dark pen to give the
 appearance  of wood.  Stamps, cotton
and chippies. I will add an acetate
sheet inside when it arrives in the
mail..making it look like
 a window...

Using a Crafty Individuals rubber stamp

Winter Garden for my project today.
Background was first designed with brusho's,
and a few watered down paint for the splats.
Stamped and white heat embossed my stamp.

Colour Week

Playing with my new stamps and inks.

Using:
 Red Sunset mini Cubes by Altenew
Half tone circle stamps by Altenew
Camellia stamp set by Altenew,
stamped several times, and fussy cut. [don't have the die]
Mounted with foam tape.
A few splats with my paint brush using the same inks
and water.

Some more wonderful Altenew products plus lots of  goodies

doodlebuds

Another Arty kinda card this time using a stamp from WPLUS9
stamped and coloured with Ecoline brush pens, and scribbled
outside and around my stamp with a black Micron pen.
 Based onto a water colour background and a few splats added.
This stamp is part of a set called Doodlebuds.
