Welcome back to my blog an another fabulous challenge at
[Glossy cardstock, speckled egg Distress Ink, Stencil,
and water. I made my card simple using a stamped image, coloured
with Fantasia Artist pencils, bubbles using papier glass finish,
and some frosted lace stickles.
