I am using a digital pack which I purchased a while

back from ARTstacks called Faces & Figures.

This enabled me to print to a size to fit my tag.

Printing onto tissue paper and adhering with podge podge. 

Tag is a touch of mixed media, Painters tape 

and tag punch used. Sentiment is from Tim Hotz collection,

Tiny Text sheet. Stars drawn with gold gel pen.

Miss Bella 12 weeks this morning and weighed in at 9.5kilo's

a good weight we were told to keep her slim and trim..

Here she is ready for a nap after a long afternoon at puppy school..

A coincidence I have been making scrap pages

for my baby album when this challenge at 

More Than Words

came up... I have used texture paste and a

TH stencil for the background. Chippies painted 

with Jasart white acrylic and soft pink paint.

Chipboards are from The Dusty Attic and are 

Windows and shutters and Doily #1.

Doily die cut by Cheery Lynn, Note paper from a 

pack I have had 'forever', & cute baby brads.

Washi tape and a wood mounted baby stamp from Spotlight.

The baby flag is from the $ shop which comes in a 

pack of many goodies.

Splats scattered lightly and a die cut for the net.

Kaisercraft DP and a bit of stitching..
Flowers from my stash of wins over the years.

late as I enjoy making scrap pages of my darling

grand-daughter...[only a week or so to go
before my two month vacation]...

TIOT...use a stencil or two

touch of fantasy

Something different this morning...

Photo paper, 6 x 4 was used, distressed inks,
sponging, moon mask and several stamps.
Sentiment was computer generated and
printed up. A few splats of watered
down painting and an old tooth
brush. Stencils and 'fun'.

Word Inspiration...Fantasy.
We all love a bit of fantasy in life and
 mine is in the creating of it with my
 grand children with all the
joys of stories and playing dress up..
Wings on my project are the fairy and serviette
butterflies modge podged down...

had the opportunity to use them...

Milford Sound

These  pics will always  be special to me.
 Just after my dad passed away, my hubby
arranged a surprise trip to Queenstown, New Zealand.
Arranging a small aircraft and a helicopter flight to
Milford Sound and the glaciers. I had never been in
a helicopter so this was an amazing experience.
I will ALWAYS remember the
journey and beauty of this
surprise...the peace it
gave me..

I believe in my artistic skills, whether it is in the

Word Inspiration - FUTURE.. 
♥the FUTURE is a mysterious part of life and
can either be achieved by planning or stay a mystery
until 'something' happens that we are not expecting.
FUTURE to me is to keep on experiencing the

joys of life, travel and adventure. Our future is being
planned to visit the wonders of the world of 
Canada and Alaska and make this a trip of
a lifetime. Whether we are successful or not
remains on the Future!

Down with the dredded summer flu but with the sun
shining, outside I went today and made another mixed media
scrapbook page. Stencils, texture past, corrugated card,chipboard,  brusho's,
 and the words painted through an alpha stencil.
Patina paste and sparkle medium was also used.
Hand made rolled roses added as well.

♥the FUTURE  is planning another  big move

again to settle closer to our family living in another state in Australia. 

We have been apart from each other for 20 years due to work moves, 

and as we are all growing older it is time to spend the

 rest of our future together..seeing our grand children grow.
Life is precious. ♥

journal invasion

Yikes! I have been invaded by a 'male' mixed media page
 into my journal... I think my sentiment says it all,
isn't that what men normally say?
Here is my journal page using TH stencil, stamp,
some texture paste, dies and dylusion sprays
in the background. A touch of builders tape
I had to borrow from another page as I
put the roll in a safe place now can't find it..
Sound familiar?
I find it so much fun to splat and it not only gives me pleasure to play
but it is also a time of leisure to me, only time of leisure where
one can do their 'own thing' and be totally relaxed..
I also stamped my TH stamp onto tissue paper and then
added it to my journal page with clear mod podge.

All products are available at the Arts and Crafts 
on line store in Sydney...lots of goodies there.

What does the word LEISURE inspire you to create?

An easy answer.
Leasure to me means I can relax and craft

outside now around the pool side.
Enjoy listening to the "splatting"
 of the water made by my family
and really enjoy creating my project without having to
 be  'careful' how many splats I splat everywhere.

Now it's raining. lovely rain.
