swoosh the paints

Diane's Team at Double D challenges has a great theme which is
TAN, neutrals with Texture
[touches of black or white are fine]

My card has been made with four acrylic inks all tans and cream.
I swooshed the paint around the cream water paper, let it dry.
Stamped my flowers from Rubber Dance with brown stazon ink,
fussy cute then placed it onto my painted card.
A touch of cream lace and a tag to finish off along with some
cream perfect pearls in the centre of my flowers.
The cardstock is actually dark brown but does
look 'black' here.
A 'tricky' combination but fun.

I can't wait to see what you come up with using these colours.
The texture can be anything.
see you at Double D and you could win....

Come along and say Hello to the fabulous ladies on the
Design Team. They all work so hard and I am so
proud to be on their team...

Check out my birthday candy

Mmm yummy! Your background looks like marbled chocolate :). Lovely stamping and fussy cutting of the wonderful flowers and butterfly. The lace and tag finish it off very nicely. You've made me crave chocolate now and this early in the morning :D. Debra x

Annie, that is stunning!!! WOW you put a lot of work into that. It was worth all the effort. I have an interview for a Nursing job later today so say a prayer for me...I need better health insurance than what I am paying for on my own.
